Father Bill's & MainSpring sought to grow its audience by redesigning their website with a welcoming tone thus emphasizing their unique perspective on ending homelessness through supportive services. Father Bill's & MainSpring wanted to convey their capable and trusted image that represents its distinctive approach to shelter. In addition to educating the site visitors about their mission, the new website also features an eNewsletter and secure online donation form in order to help direct the visitors to become involved in ending local homelessness.
