David Thornton Named National Call Center Director at The Right One and Together Dating
The Right One and Together Dating, the largest traditional dating service in the industry with headquarters in Norwell, Mass., has recently promoted David Thornton to the position of National Call Center Director.


    /Massachusetts News Articles/ - NORWELL, MA, September 22, 2008 - The Right One and Together Dating, the largest traditional dating service in the industry with headquarters in Norwell, Mass., has recently promoted David Thornton to the position of National Call Center Director.

In his new position, Thornton will oversee The Right One and Together Dating's call centers in Boston; Baltimore, Maryland; Rockford, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Thornton has 19 years of experience in the dating service industry. He started out working for Together Dating in the Midwest in 1989 and was the service's first telemarketer. Over the years, Thornton wore many hats, including that of matchmaker, sales consultant and Regional Sales Director. In 2004, Thornton returned to the Boston area and held the position of General Manager for The Right One's telemarketing, sales and customer service departments. In 2006, The Right One awarded Thornton for his dedication and commitment.

A native of Acton, Thornton graduated from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School and attended Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Mass. He is a resident of Hull, Mass.
