DYNA-SEAL is also available in a clear coat that dries to a glossy finish. DYNA-SEAL addresses the challenges of winter roof repairs as it can be applied in temperatures as low as 0° Fahrenheit. It can also be applied to damp roofs (not standing water), and it will immediately stop water leaks where applied.


DYNA-SEALâ„ is a multi purpose elastomeric coating or sealant that adheres to the most common construction materials. DYNA-SEALâ„ elastomeric roof coating is recommended for sealing joints, and seams where dissimilar materials meet in chimney areas, vents, valleys, dormers, and skylights, and any other areas where joining materials need extra strong sealing to keep water out.


The DYNA-SEALâ„ elastomeric coating family consists of two products: a brush-able elastomeric coating sold in 1 gallon cans or an elastomeric exterior caulk for filling joints and cracks larger than 1/16". DYNA-SEALâ„ elastomeric coating adheres to most common construction materials, and it can be used most anywhere that water damage can occur. In addition to standard roofing materials* as asphalt shingles, tile, wood shingles and shakes, DYNA-SEALâ„ elastomeric coating also waterproofs, seals, and moisture proofs: concrete, block, and stone surfaces as: chimneys, foundations and sills, retaining walls, storage tanks, catch basins, and other non-trafficked surfaces.
