Dr. Hollier has been a pioneer in 'perceptual engineering' for over sixteen years, giving Psytechnics the unique ability to measure and diagnose the impact of network transmission and voice/video application problems on users' calls. Between 1987 and 1999 he held a number of positions within BT; directing their research into audio, video, and multi-media performance assessment. He is a Chartered Engineer, two time winner of the Alan Rudge Award for Innovation, a fellow of the University of Essex, and member of the IOA and AES.
