Bum Boosa Bamboo Products is pleased to announce the latest addition to their tree-free products made with the renewable, sustainable resource of bamboo - Bum Boosa Bamboo Bathroom Tissue.

Sheasley, "It employs bamboo, which is grown without pesticides, irrigation or disruption to the root system, in the creation of a bathroom tissue that does not contribute to deforestation or leach BPAs (Bisphenol A - an organic compound suspected of being hazardous to humans since the 1930s) into the groundwater."

Research has recently surfaced that toilet paper made with recycled content contains BPAs. When flushed into the waste system (public or private) these BPAs leach into the groundwater eventually contaminating drinking water, soil, habitat and more.

When this issue came to light several months ago Bum Boosa stepped up their commitment to changing the world one product at a time and developed the world's first bamboo bathroom tissue. Taking their mission further, Bum Boosa Bamboo Bathroom Tissue is packaged in a box made from 100% recycled material - no plastic.

Bamboo, which can be harvested in 2-4 years and doesn't require replanting, is making its way steadily into the mainstream in a variety of ways.
